Rochel Kagan teaches the Two-Year-Old Class while also serving, along with her husband, Rabbi Shneur Kagan, as director of the Chabad Young Professionals. She is not only a graduate of Gan Israel herself, but now includes her two children in the student body. Rochel incorporates her love for music and singing into her teaching and brings much creativity and exciting experiences into the classroom environment.
