Jenn Malnik was born in Arlington, VA and was raised in Lagos, Nigeria as well as Columbia, MD. She has been passionate about children since childhood and spent her teens babysitting for multiple families. Jenn has worked at Gan Israel for two years and is deeply devoted to providing a nurturing environment where childhood can meet their milestones and thrive.  Jenn is also a proud Orthodox Jewish convert who shares her journey on Social media as a Jewish content creator.
